I'm driven by delivering great outcomes that are good for customers, and for business. And, I absolutely love leading teams - having influence over bigger outcomes is something that excites me! Seeing others develop along the way is the icing on the cake.
Aside from work, I’m genuinely passionate about using my skills to better the lives of those around me. I'm involved in my community in many ways including as a media advocate with Carers Victoria, and as a volunteer rescue leader with the Victorian State Emergency Service.
